Registration of the applicant company in the Gambling Registry.
The following documents must be attached to this application:
a) Document accrediting the representation of the applicant person or company by the person signing the application, in one of the forms provided for by the administrative system.
b) Plan of the location of the building in the municipality on a scale of at least 1/1,000.
c) Floor plan or plans of the premises on a scale of 1/100, with expression of the total area; the surfaces of the spaces in which the premises are distributed; the location of the Control Table, the Drawing Apparatus, the Information Panels, the TV Monitors and other mechanical elements for the practice of the Game; columns or elements that impede or hinder visibility; the location of the hotel and catering services, if applicable; health services; ordinary and emergency doors, and the security measures to be installed.
d) Descriptive report of the premises, signed by the Architect, with reference to the state of the premises, to all the points listed in the previous section and to the useful capacity of the room, measured in number of seated people, and certification, likewise, signed by the Architect on the safety and solidity of the premises and their suitability for a Bingo Hall.
e) Document proving availability on the premises.
However, and as a preliminary step to the above, a prior inspection of the viability of the premises where the gambling establishment is intended to be installed may be requested, being only necessary to accompany the application in this case, the plans of these premises and a brief report of the installation to be carried out.
Renewal: To be the holder of an authorization to install a bingo hall.
