Requirements
Order PRE/14/2013 of 17 April regulating the modality of electronic bingo in the autonomous community of Cantabria.
Article 14. Homologation:
1. The applicant company must be registered in the Gambling Registry as a gambling equipment manufacturing company.
2. The technical system, game elements and operating software must:- To guarantee the security and transparency of the development of the game, controlling its correct operation.
- Have traceability mechanisms on the record of operations carried out.
- Allow the storage of the data of each game held, relating to the number of cards sold, the total amount of sales, the numbers drawn, the winning cards and the amount of the prizes obtained.
Article 15 2. The application for approval shall be accompanied by the following documentation:
a) Operating report of the technical system, other game elements and software, signed by a competent technician.
b) Test in an entity recognized by the competent departments in the field of gambling, in which it is stated that the technical system, the game elements and the operating software meet the conditions established in this order, where the conditions that the system offers in terms of integrity, transparency and security in the game are detailed and where it is specified that the hardware structure complies with the appropriate technical standards and requirements.
c) EC declaration of conformity, certifying that the product meets all the essential requirements of the different implementing directives.Article 14.4.: Validation: The applicant company must be registered in the Gambling Register as a gambling equipment manufacturing company.
- That the terms to which each approval extends include the functionalities of the technical system, the gaming elements and the operating software established in Order PRE/14/2013, of 17 April, which regulates the modality of electronic bingo in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
- That with the application for validation, the competent department in gambling matters is authorised to obtain as much information and documentation as it deems necessary from the bodies that have previously approved the technical systems, gaming elements and operating software.
- That the entities that have carried out the tests are recognised or authorised by the body that has resolved the approval and, likewise, are recognised by the competent department in gambling matters.
Article 10: Modification: The applicant company must be registered in the Gaming Registry as a company that manufactures gaming equipment and be the holder of the registration of an electronic bingo system in it.
