Requirements
Decree 78/2015, of 30 July, which approves the regulations that regulate betting in the autonomous community of Cantabria. Article 12.
Requirements of the Applicant to proceed with the approval process:
To be registered in the Gambling Registry as a manufacturer and importer of material necessary for the practice of betting.Material requirements to be able to proceed with the approval:
a) To guarantee the authenticity of the bets and their calculation, the identity of the persons involved, the confidentiality and security with respect to the personal data collected, the prohibition of the participation of minors, the control of their correct operation and compliance with current legislation on betting and electronic commerce.
b) Be made up of the central betting unit and the betting machines.
c) To allow the analysis of risks and business continuity, as well as the determination and correction of its vulnerabilities.
d) Have traceability mechanisms on the record of the betting operations carried out, guaranteeing their integrity and their temporal association with reliable time sources, authentication mechanisms linked to the operation of the computer system, physical devices that guarantee access control to the components of the computer system only to authorized personnel and mechanisms that ensure confidentiality and integrity in communications with the bettor, and between the components of the computer system.administrative fee.

Required documentation: a) Operating report containing the commercial name of the system and other material, as well as a description of the means adopted to comply with the provisions of the Betting Regulations, with regard to the central betting unit and the betting machines. b) Test report issued by an entity or laboratory accredited by the competent departments in gambling that certifies compliance with the requirements and technical aspects required in the Betting Regulations. c) Declaration of conformity necessary for the CE marking, certifying that the product meets the essential requirements of the different implementing directives. d) Proof of payment of the corresponding administrative fee. PDF or WORD. Signed electronically or handwritten, depending on whether the interested party is a natural or legal person.
