Application and completion of the Official Record Books of the Wine Sector

The completed Official Record Books are made available to operators in the Cantabrian wine sector.
All natural or legal persons, as well as groups of persons who, in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, produce, bottle, store or have in their possession, under any circumstances, in the exercise of their profession or for commercial purposes, a wine product, must keep records, according to the models and characteristics established in the order of 20 February 1997 (BOC of 3 March 1997). of the departments of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries, which will be provided by the SERVICE OF INDUSTRIES AND FOOD QUALITY, C / Albert Einstein, 2 39778-SANTANDER.
