Annual report that must be submitted by certain producers through their individual or collective extended producer responsibility systems. In accordance with Article 53 of Law 7/2022, of 8 April, on waste and contaminated soil for a circular economy, individual and collective systems will be obliged annually to provide all the Autonomous Communities in which they operate, with the information contained in said article. Likewise, in accordance with the sectoral regulations for each type of waste, the annual report will be communicated in accordance with:
- Transitory Provision 8, 1. a), of Royal Decree 110/2015, of 20 February, on waste electrical and electronic equipment (BOE no. 45, of 21/02/2015).
- Article 16 of Royal Decree 710/2015, of 24 July, on batteries and accumulators and the environmental management of their waste (BOE no. 177 of 25/07/2015).
- Article 14 of Royal Decree 679/2006, of 2 June, which regulates the management of used industrial oils (BOE no. 132 of 03/06/2006) amended by Article 15.3 of Royal Decree 367/2010, of 26 March (BOE no. 75 of 27/03/2010).
- Article 10 of Royal Decree 1619/2005, of 30 December, on the management of end-of-life tyres (BOE no. 2 of 3 January 2006), amended by Royal Decree 731/2020, of 4 August (BOE no. 213 of 07/08/2020).

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
