Requirements

Houses in Cantabria that meet the following requirements:
a) Be recognised and registered in the Register of Cantabrian Communities located outside Cantabria on the date of the deadline for submission of applications.
b) Be up to date with the fulfilment of tax obligations to the State Tax Administration Agency and the Government of Cantabria, and to the Social Security.
c) Not to be in any of the circumstances detailed in Article 12 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria.
