Requirements

The owners of cattle and/or equine farms, whether natural or legal persons, including Cooperative Societies and Agricultural Transformation Societies, located in Cantabria, and registered in the Official Register of Livestock Farms (REGA), who maintain any of the breeds specified in section of Article 1, may benefit from the aid provided for in this article.
2. In addition, they must be holdings that comply with the legal regulations in force on the environment, animal welfare and health and animal identification and registration. Therefore, they may not have been subject to a final sanction, with serious or very serious misconduct, for non-compliance with the aforementioned regulations, in the year prior to the date of submission of the application.
3. The owners of livestock farms benefiting from these aids, must meet the following requirements:
a) Be up to date with their fiscal and tax obligations with the State and Regional Treasuries and with the General Social Security Treasury.
b) Persons or entities in which any of the circumstances set out in sections 2 and 3 of article 12 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria occur, may not be considered as beneficiaries.
c) The beneficiaries of the aid will be subject to compliance with all the obligations established in Article 13 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, on subsidies of Cantabria.
