Those legally constituted Cantabrian Fishermen's Guilds that apply for this aid and comply with the conditions and obligations provided for in the Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Cantabrian Subsidies, will be considered beneficiaries.

Against this Resolution, which exhausts administrative remedies, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Cantabria, without prejudice to the possibility of filing an optional appeal for reconsideration before the Minister responsible for fisheries within a period of one month from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria.
