Requirements: Those legally constituted Cantabrian Fishermen's Guilds that apply for this aid and comply with the conditions and obligations provided for in the Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Cantabrian Subsidies, will be considered beneficiaries.

Online submission: At the General Electronic Registry; Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Place(s) for in-person submission: In the Auxiliary Registry of the departments of Rural Development, Livestock, Fisheries and Food (C / Albert Einstein, 2, PCTCAN, C.P. 39011 Santander) or in any of the established places referred to in article 134.8 of Law 5/2018, of November 22, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

Appeals

Type: Against this Resolution, which exhausts administrative remedies, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Cantabria, without prejudice to the possibility of filing an optional appeal for reconsideration before the Minister responsible for fisheries within a period of one month from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria.
