1.- Natural or legal persons, or entities without legal personality, owners of beekeeping farms, including those of shared ownership contemplated in Law 35/2011, of 4 October, on shared ownership of agricultural holdings: they must meet the requirements of article 2 of Order MED/8/2023, of 31 March, which regulates the beekeeping aid scheme, within the framework of the beekeeping sectoral intervention.
2.- Beekeeping cooperatives and representative organisations with their own legal personality: their members must meet the requirements established in the previous section.
