Agreement on non-labour practices in companies.

This procedure allows the formalisation of Agreements between companies or groups of companies and the Cantabrian Employment Service for the performance of non-labour internships aimed at young people without work experience who have an official university degree, intermediate or higher vocational training, or the corresponding one in artistic or sports education, or a professional certificate, in order to improve their employability and offer a first contact with the reality of work.

Requirements

Companies with work centres based in Cantabria will be able to benefit, as well as young people (between 18 and 25 years old), who must have an official university degree, intermediate or higher level Vocational Training, or a professional certificate.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
