Requirements

The interested party shall submit a written request for accreditation addressed to the President of the Consumer Arbitration Board of Cantabria.
a) If the applicant is appointed by the public administrations:
- To be in possession of a bachelor's degree in law, or
Justification of:
* sufficient general knowledge of the law.
* Specific training or professional experience in Cosnumo law, for a period of more than two years.
b) If the applicant is appointed by consumer and user associations or by business or professional associations:
- Proposal of the corresponding association.
