Waste aid.

Aid to the United States LL. to promote actions to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and advance in achieving the objectives of Directive 2008/98/EC on Waste, Law 22/2011, of 28 July, on waste and contaminated soil, the State Framework Plan for Waste Management (PEMAR), as well as in the fulfilment of the objectives relating to renewable energies.

Requirements

The applicant entities (municipalities or other local entities such as associations, provincial councils, etc. or the consortia constituted by these local entities), must carry out the actions subject to the subsidy and not be involved in any of the causes provided for in article 12.2 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria, nor to have a final administrative sanction pending compliance in environmental matters.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
