Requirements

Persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the scholarships provided for in this Order:

  1. Be a national of a Member State of the European Union.
  2. Not to have been separated from the service of any Administration or Institution as a result of disciplinary proceedings.
  3. To be in possession of a university degree in Law, provided that no more than 3 years have elapsed since the issuance of the degree or, where appropriate, from the date of payment of the corresponding issuance fees, until the date of the end of the application period.
  4. Not to have been a beneficiary of a training grant in the Administration of the Autonomous Community for two or more years.
    The qualifications submitted by applicants must be officially recognised and recognised, as well as be fully valid in Spain.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

Preferably at the registry of the Directorate General of Transport and Communications, located at Calle Cádiz 2 - 1ª planta 39002 Santander, or by any of the means established for this purpose in articles 134 of Law 5/2018, of 22 November, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
