Requirements

Persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the scholarships provided for in this Order:
- Be a national of a Member State of the European Union.
- Not to have been separated from the service of any Administration or Institution as a result of disciplinary proceedings.
- To be in possession of a university degree in Law, provided that no more than 3 years have elapsed since the issuance of the degree or, where appropriate, from the date of payment of the corresponding issuance fees, until the date of the end of the application period.
- Not to have been a beneficiary of a training grant in the Administration of the Autonomous Community for two or more years.
The qualifications submitted by applicants must be officially recognised and recognised, as well as be fully valid in Spain.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
