Financing of personalised care for women from rural and urban areas participating in individualised itineraries that combine actions of different nature, such as employment guidance, advice, information, training, acquisition of transversal competences and skills, facilitation of labour insertion and support in employment, and aimed at their training and labour insertion, in the areas established in this call, while strengthening effective equality and non-discrimination in access to employment.
