Requirements

1. Minor Local Entities legally constituted in accordance with the provisions of Cantabria Law 3/2022, of 14 June, on Minor Local Entities, in relation to those referred to in the Fourth Transitional Provision of Law 27/2013, of 27 December, on the Rationalisation and Sustainability of Local Administration (Official State Gazette number 312 of 30 December 2013), may be eligible for this aid. integrated into Municipalities belonging to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
2. Minor Local Entities in which any of the following circumstances occur may not obtain the status of beneficiary:
   a) Be in any of the situations provided for in article 12.2 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria,
   b) Not to have definitively approved and published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria, the budget for the year of the call or the one extended, as the case may be.
   c) Not be a member of the Asubio Web Portal (http://asubio.cantabria.es), or not have applied to the department of the Presidency, Justice, Security and Administrative Simplification for its adhesion, before the date on which the deadline for submitting the subsidy application ends.

Deadline for submission

The deadline for submitting applications and corresponding documentation will be fifteen working days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of the extract of the call referred to in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/3003, of 17 November, General Subsidies. If the last day of the period is not a working day, it will be understood to be extended to the next working day.
