Any of the subjects listed below who have tax residence in Spain may be beneficiaries:
- Natural or legal persons of a private nature who are owners of existing buildings intended for tourist accommodation in accordance with section five of the order.
- Companies that operate, lease or concession buildings for tourist accommodation in accordance with section five of the order that accredit this condition by means of a current contract that grants them express authority to undertake the renovation works.
Provided that they meet the requirements set out in the third and fourth sections of Order IND/72/2022 approving the terms and conditions and approving the call.
