Non-coastal municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and that are not involved in any of the causes of prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiaries established in Article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria, may benefit from these aids.

The deadline for submitting applications and corresponding documentation will be twenty working days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of the extract of the call referred to in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Certificate from the Secretary / Secretary Comptroller that the invoices listed correspond to expenses for the organisation of the activities subsidised by the Department of the Presidency, Justice, Security and Administrative Simplification under the Order regulating the bases and that they have been made from the budget of the local entity.
