The beneficiaries of these grants may be business associations for public road freight transport, with tax domicile in Cantabria, which have been legally constituted prior to 1 January of the year in which the call for aid is made and which prove representation before the National Road Transport Committee.
Business associations for public road freight transport will be considered to be those whose purpose is to represent and defend the interests of the transport sector and are made up of companies and/or professionals in this sector.
Those who are in any of the situations provided for in sections 2 and 3 of article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria, may not be beneficiaries.
