Requirements
- Requirements
a) Those established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of 29 November, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law on the rights of people with disabilities and their social inclusion, and in Royal Decree 2273/1985, of 4 December, which approves the Regulation of Special Employment Centres, that carry out their activity in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and are qualified and registered as such in the Register of Special Centres of Cantabria.
b) Those established in Article 13.1 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and in Article 12.1 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July.
c) Prove prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to the Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
d) Workers with the type of limitation in activity and degree of disability established in Article 4 are part of the staff of the special employment centres.
e) To have professional activity support units with the composition established in this Order.
