Extraordinary call for subsidies to workers affected by temporary employment regulation files, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, who comply with the requirements established in Cantabria Law 3/2021, of 26 April, on the granting of aid aimed at companies and workers affected by temporary employment regulation files, for the maintenance of employment and economic activity in the context of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, have not been beneficiaries of these subsidies, nor of those regulated in EPS/10/2022.

Requirements

- Persons who, meeting the general requirements established in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, are in the cases contemplated in letters a) and b) of Article 1.1 and also meet the following conditions, may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in letters a) and b) of Article 1.1:
a) Were employed in the period between 1 October 2020 and 28 February 2021. Persons who are included within the scope of application of the revised text of the Workers' Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23 October, will be considered to hold this status.
b) The Social Security contribution account code of the workplace where they provided their services in the period 1 October 2020 and 28 February 2021 corresponds to the code of the province of Cantabria. In the event that your company does not have a Social Security contribution account in Cantabria, the workplace where you have effectively provided services in the indicated period must be located in Cantabria.
c) They have been affected by temporary employment regulation (ERTE) of any kind, in the period between 1 October 2020 and 28 February 2021, for at least thirty days (cumulative; not necessarily consecutive), due to suspension of employment contract or reduction of working hours.
d) They have not been beneficiaries of the aid regulated in Article 2 of Cantabria Law 3/2021, of 26 April, or those provided for in Order EPS/10/2022, of 20 April.
- Persons who, meeting the general requirements established in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, are in the cases contemplated in letters a) and b) of Article 1.1 and also meet the following conditions, may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in letters a) and b) of Article 1.1:

The deadline for submitting applications will be five working days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria.
However, the applications of those who may be beneficiaries of the subsidies because they are those submitted under Order EPS/10/2022, of 20 April, and denied due to exhaustion of the budgetary credit, will be incorporated ex officio into this procedure together with the corresponding documentation, without the need to be submitted again, unless the interested parties expressly withdraw from this procedure addressed to the Cantabrian Employment Service. In the event that these people submit an application within the period provided for in this section, it will be inadmissible if at the same time they do not expressly desist from the application submitted under Order EPS/10/2022, of 20 April.- Submission deadline start date

Through any of the means established in article 134.8 of the Law of Cantabria 5/2018, of 22 November, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
If, in the exercise of this right, the application is sent by post, it must be submitted in an open envelope at the post office so that the application can be dated and stamped by the employee of Correos y Telégrafos, S.A. before the latter proceeds to certify it, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1829/1999. of 3 December.
In the case of acting through a trade union organisation as set out in Article 4, exclusively electronic means must be used for the submission of the application, in accordance with the provisions of Article 135 of the aforementioned Law 39/2015.
