Extraordinary call for subsidies to workers affected by temporary employment regulation files, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, who comply with the requirements established in Cantabria Law 3/2021, of 26 April, on the granting of aid aimed at companies and workers affected by temporary employment regulation files, for the maintenance of employment and economic activity in the context of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, have not been beneficiaries of these subsidies.

Requirements

People who:
a) Were employed in the period between 1 October 2020 and 28 February 2021. Persons who are included within the scope of application of the revised text of the Workers' Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23 October, will be considered to hold this status.b) Their Social Security contribution account code of the workplace where they provided their services in the period 1 October 2020 and 28 February 2021 corresponds to the code of the province of Cantabria. In the event that your company does not have a Social Security contribution account in Cantabria, the workplace where you have effectively provided services in the indicated period must be located in Cantabria.
c) They have been affected by temporary employment regulation (ERTE) of any kind, in the period between 1 October 2020 and 28 February 2021, for at least thirty days (cumulative; not necessarily consecutive), due to suspension of employment contract or reduction of working hours.
d) They have not been beneficiaries of the aid regulated in Article 2 of Cantabria Law 3/2021, of 26 April.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

Through any of the means established in article 134.8 of the Law of Cantabria 5/2018, of 22 November, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
In the case of acting through a trade union organisation as set out in Article 4, electronic means must be used exclusively for the submission of the application, in accordance with the provisions of Article 135 of the aforementioned Law 39/2015.
