- Beneficiaries of investment aid in accordance with Article 14 of Royal Decree 983/2021, of 16 November, may be natural or legal persons who, provided that they have their tax residence in Spain, hold any of the following authorisations in force on the date of application for the aid:
a) An authorisation for the public transport of goods enabling transport with vehicles or sets of vehicles of more than 3.5 tonnes. of maximum mass, identified with the code MDPE.
b) An authorisation for discretionary public transport of passengers by bus, identified with the code VDE.
c) An authorisation for complementary private transport of goods enabling transport with vehicles or sets of vehicles of more than 3.5 tonnes. of maximum mass, identified with the code MPCE.
d) An authorisation for complementary private transport of passengers by bus with the VPCE code.
e) A regional authorisation for public freight transport with the code MDLE, provided that vehicles with a maximum mass of more than 3.5 tonnes as of 16 November 2021, approving Royal Decree 983/2021, are attached to said authorisation. - The beneficiaries defined in the previous section may receive aid only in relation to the category and class of vehicles associated with the habilitation granted to them by the authorisation of which they are holders.
- Private legal persons who, on the date of application for the aid, provide the public urban transport bus service, and are exempt from obtaining any of the authorisations included in paragraph 1 of this Article, shall also be beneficiaries of investment aid, provided that they have their tax residence in Spain.
- Beneficiaries of investment aid in accordance with Article 14 of Royal Decree 983/2021, of 16 November, may be natural or legal persons who, provided that they have their tax residence in Spain, hold any of the following authorisations in force on the date of application for the aid:
