Subsidies, to be granted on a competitive basis, for the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, aimed at strengthening connectivity at speeds of 1 Gbps in public reference centres and for the reinforcement of the electronic communications networks of the public reference centres themselves.
These grants are part of the investment "Actions to strengthen connectivity in reference centres, socio-economic drivers and sectoral digitalisation tractor projects", which includes actions to strengthen connectivity in reference centres, through the implementation of measures to enhance the connectivity and equipment of public centres that allow access to essential public services, such as hospitals, health centres, educational and training centres and other reference centres and public services in the various provinces.

- Entities in which any of the circumstances set out in section 2 of article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria occur, may not obtain the status of beneficiaries.
