Requirements

a) Communities of owners, of a building or group of buildings, subject to the horizontal property regime, established in Article 396 of the Civil Code, as well as in the correlatives of Law 49/1960, of 21 July, on Horizontal Property, and which need to adapt their telecommunications installations inside the building or group of buildings.
b) Public sector entities that need to adapt telecommunications installations inside buildings or groups of buildings owned by them.
c) The entities that make up the local administration in the case of buildings or buildings that are located in their respective territorial area.
For each of the three actions mentioned in Article 4 of this Order, a date of construction of the building is established that will be justified by means of a descriptive and graphic consultation of the cadastral information of the real estate.
In no case may those persons or entities in which any of the circumstances detailed in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, Article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria, occur, insofar as they are applicable to them, acquire the status of beneficiary. To this end, and without prejudice to its eventual verification by the granting Administration, together with the application for aid, a declaration of responsibility will be signed that proves that there are no outstanding obligations to repay subsidies or aid or, where appropriate, compliance with them. Likewise, together with the application, the granting administrative body will be authorised to consult the information of the Tax Administration or
of the Social Security in relation to the fulfilment of the corresponding obligations.

It will be open continuously, from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of the call extract, until the available credit is exhausted, or in the event that this does not occur until October 11, 2024.
