Requirements
- Requirements
Non-Governmental Development Organisations defined in article 29.2 of Cantabria Law 4/2007, of 4 April, which are effectively registered in the Register of Non-Governmental Development Organisations of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, and which also meet the following requirements on the date of publication of the corresponding call, may obtain the status of beneficiaries:
a) Have a central registered office or permanent delegation in Cantabria registered in the corresponding official register.
b) Have a social base (associates, volunteers or similar) of the NGO in Cantabria: it is necessary to be able to accredit a minimum number of 10 people among all these categories.
c) The entity must have developed a minimum of three development education activities for social transformation in Cantabria during the year prior to the corresponding call: organisation of campaigns, fairs, conferences, publications, etc.
d) The entity must accredit a minimum of three years of experience, in one of the lines of action and operational objectives included in the current master plan for development cooperation of the autonomous community of Cantabria.

The deadline for submitting applications will be 25 working days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of the extract of the call referred to in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.
