This line of subsidies on a competitive basis is aimed at music production and publishing professionals.
Beneficiaries of these subsidies may be natural persons or private legal entities with a corporate form, who have their tax domicile in Cantabria, who carry out their activity in Cantabria, who specialise in musical editions whose objective is musical production and publishing, and who are registered with the Tax on Economic Activities (I.A.E.) under the heading corresponding to these activities. Groups of legally constituted natural or legal persons, public or private, who, by reason of the aims, object or scope of the activity, can carry out the actions that motivate the granting of the subsidy, and who meet the requirements established for this call, may also participate in the call.

Requirements

Private individuals or legal entities that have their tax domicile and carry out their activity in Cantabria may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, without prejudice to the performance of certain activities outside the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, and that meet the requirements established in the call. The requirements required of the beneficiary to obtain the subsidy must be maintained during the period for submitting applications and until the time of justification of the aid granted.
Groups of legally constituted natural or legal persons, public or private, who, by reason of the aims, object or scope of the activity, can carry out the actions that motivate the granting of the subsidy, and who meet the requirements established in the call, may also participate in the call. The members of the group must meet the requirements indicated in the previous paragraph.
