Order IND/41/2025, of 25 August, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for local entities to carry out advisory actions for self-employment, viable entrepreneurship and the dynamisation of local economic development.

Municipalities and Supramunicipal Local Entities may be beneficiaries, understood as the Regions, Associations and other groups of a supra-municipal nature, provided that they are located in the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and accredited on the date of publication of the extract of the call, as a point of attention of Cantabria Emprendedora.

The final recipients of this program will be primarily people who are registered as job seekers and services in the Cantabrian Employment Service, as well as entrepreneurs in the region.

Supra-municipal City Councils and Local Entities may be beneficiaries, understood as the Regions, Associations and other groups of a supra-municipal nature, provided that they are located in the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and accredited on the date of publication of the extract of the call, as a point of attention of Cantabria Emprendedora in accordance with the provisions of Order HAC/19/2013, of 2 May 2013, provided that they meet the requirements established in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies, and in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria.

The Entities must accredit prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with respect to Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
