Local entities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria may be beneficiaries of the subsidies.
Entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria that prevent them from obtaining such status, may not be beneficiaries of a subsidy.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

The application must be accompanied by at least the following documentation: - Certification from the secretary of the municipality accrediting the personality and representation of the applicant. - Acceptance of the transfer of data between the Public Administrations involved in order to comply with the provisions of the applicable European regulations and in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. - In the event that the applicant entity has obtained another subsidy for the same purpose, it must provide a copy of the Resolution granting the same, unless it is recorded in the services of this Administration. - Descriptive report and detailed budget of the action to be carried out.

Appeal for reconsideration within a period of one month, counted from the day following the notification of the same, or it may be challenged directly before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria within two months, counted from the day following its notification, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 10 and 46 of Law 29/1998, of 13 July, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction; without prejudice to any other remedy that, in the opinion of the interested party, is more convenient for the defence of his rights. A contentious-administrative appeal may not be filed until it is expressly resolved or there has been a presumptive dismissal of the appeal for reversal in the event that it is filed optionally.
