Subsidies for experiential employment and training programmes.

Experiential employment and training programmes whose objective is to qualify the people participating in them through mixed public employment-training initiatives that respond to the needs of the market, preferably in occupations related to the recovery or promotion of artistic, historical, cultural or natural heritage, the rehabilitation of urban or natural environments, energy efficiency and renewable energies, as well as any other activity of public utility or of general and social interest that makes it possible to reconcile formal learning and professional practice in the workplace. Likewise, in each call, other occupations with the possibility of insertion may be identified as preferential.

Requirements

Requirements
  1. Be promoted by the following non-profit entities, which must be competent for the development of projects in activities, preferably of public utility or of general and social interest, with possibilities of labor insertion in the territorial area of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and have sufficient technical and managerial capacity:
    a) Local entities, their autonomous bodies and entities dependent on or assimilated to them, whose ownership corresponds entirely to said local entities, all of them in the geographical area of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
    b) Associations, foundations and other non-profit entities.
    c) Public Sector Foundations of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, understood as those defined in Article 124 of Cantabria Law 5/2018, of 22 November.
    d) Regional commercial companies, understood as those defined in Article 117 of Cantabria Law 5/2018, of 22 November.
  2. Comply with the requirements established in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July.
    Likewise, they must accredit prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
  3. The applicant entities that are beneficiaries must meet the infrastructure requirements required for registration and accreditation in the training specialties contained in the project.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
