Requirements
  1. The beneficiaries of these subsidies may be the entities owning the special employment centres that meet the following general requirements:
    a) Those established in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July.
    b) Prove prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
  2. In general, those who are in any of the following situations may not obtain the status of beneficiary:
    a) Those entities in which any of the circumstances referred to in Article 13, paragraphs 2, 3 and 3 bis, of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and Article 12, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, occur:
    b) Those entities in which any of the grounds for exclusion provided for in Article 1 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty are met, and those that do not meet the requirements established, in general, in Chapter I and, specifically, in Article 34 of said Regulation.
  3. The applicant entities must also comply with the specific requirements for each subsidy line.
