Report on the situation of the soil of the owners of potentially polluting activities.

The owners of potentially polluting activities will also be obliged to periodically submit status reports to the competent body when so established by the competent body for environmental matters and whenever a potentially soil-polluting activity is closed.

The owners of land on which a potentially polluting activity has been carried out in the past will be obliged to submit a status report when a licence or authorisation is requested for the establishment of an activity other than potentially polluting activities or that involves a change in land use.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
