Requirements
Natural or legal persons who carry out their economic activity in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, have an open office for the public in any of its localities and carry out activities related to the installation or maintenance of telecommunications equipment or systems (type A), or those electronic communications operators that are in a position to provide fixed broadband services with any technology available in the territory of Cantabria (type B).
