Requirements
- Have the documentation accrediting the incorporation of the company and its registration at the tax and labour level, as well as the documentation accrediting the change of ownership, if applicable. It is not necessary to provide supporting documentation, but to have it available to the Administration for presentation, if required to do so.
- Have submitted the technical documentation relating to the installations subject to industrial safety regulations that the establishment has (low voltage electrical installation, fire protection installation, pressure equipment, refrigeration installation, lifting equipment, chemical products, installation of liquid petroleum products, etc.)
- Have documentation proving that the machines installed in the establishment comply with the regulatory provisions that apply to them and that they do not endanger the safety or health of people, or, where appropriate, pets, property or the environment (CE marking, EC declaration of conformity), etc.). It is not necessary to provide supporting documentation, but to have it available to the Administration for presentation, if required to do so.
