Requirements

Training entities:

1º That they are registered in the competent Registry in accordance with Order TMS/369/2019, of March 28, provided that they have the infrastructure that makes it possible to provide the training in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria duly registered for the training specialty object of the training, on the date of publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Cantabria".

2º That they have submitted the corresponding declaration of responsibility, with respect to the infrastructure that makes it possible to provide training in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, to provide training specialities not aimed at obtaining professional certificates that are the object of the training, on a date prior to the publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Cantabria", even if the training entity had not been registered ex officio in the register at that time. All this, without prejudice to the subsequent supervision of compliance with the established requirements.

3º That they submit the declaration of responsibility simultaneously with the application for the subsidy, with respect to the infrastructure that makes it possible to provide training in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, to provide training specialties not aimed at obtaining professional certificates object of the training, in the event that at the time of submitting the subsidy application they have not submitted the responsible declaration on the specialty Requested. All this, without prejudice to the subsequent supervision of compliance with the established requirements.

In training for general use and that aimed at employed workers given in face-to-face or mixed mode, the presentation of the corresponding declaration of responsibility must be made with respect to the infrastructure that makes it possible to provide the training in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

In the case of training for general use and that aimed at employed workers given in the teletraining modality, training entities may be beneficiaries that, for those specialties in which it is mandatory to carry out final evaluation tests or face-to-face sessions, in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding program, have a collaboration agreement with a training entity with facilities in Cantabria registered for these training specialties in the face-to-face modality.

Registrations for specific training specialities referring to training programmes aimed at employed workers will be applicable only in the event that the entity is a beneficiary, and will be limited to the duration of the subsidised training actions themselves.

Likewise, the interested training entities, in order to be beneficiaries, must accredit, prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution, that they are up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, as well as with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
