- Persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the scholarships provided for in the Regulatory Bases:
a) Not have been dismissed from the service of any Administration or Institution as a result of disciplinary proceedings.
b) To be in possession of a university degree in Biological Sciences, provided that no more than 3 years have elapsed since the issuance of the degree or, where appropriate, from the date of payment of the corresponding issuance fees, until the date of the end of the application period.
c) Not to have been the beneficiary of a training grant in the Administration of the Autonomous Community for two or more years. - Those persons who incur in any of the circumstances contemplated in Article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria, may not have the status of beneficiaries.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. The resolution will exhaust the administrative route, being subject to an optional appeal for reconsideration from the day following the notification of the Resolution, article 149 of the Law of Cantabria 5/2018, of November 22 Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, or be directly challenged before the Contentious-Administrative jurisdictional order within two months from the day following its notification.
