Mandatory notification of the initiation of procedures for the declaration of ruin affecting cultural property.

The competent department for Cultural Heritage must be urgently notified of the initiation of any file for the declaration of ruin that affects movable and immovable property declared or initiated as an Asset of Cultural Interest, Assets of Local Interest or Inventoried; as well as assets that, lacking this condition, are part of a Historic Site, a Cultural Site or a protected environment. The competent departments in matters of Cultural Heritage is entitled to act as a party in the file of declaration of ruin.
