Requirements

Within the framework of the principle of collaboration that governs relations between Public Administrations, the Local Authorities will provide the body of the Autonomous Community with competence in environmental matters on a monthly basis, the list of urban planning licences granted for activities that involve the generation of construction and demolition waste, with the exception of the licences that have been granted for minor works.
This communication must contain, at least, the following information:
a) The identification of the licence holder.
b) The purpose of the licence.
c) Location of the work.
d) Estimated volume of each of the waste to be generated.
e) Amount of the deposit deposited by the licence holder.
f) Deadline for execution of the works.
g) Intended destination for each of the construction and demolition waste generated, including earth and stones not contaminated by hazardous substances.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
