Applications may be submitted for the modalities Trajectory in International Cooperation and Lead Social and Solidarity Entrepreneurship:
a) The Ministries of the Government of Cantabria.
b) The Municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
c) Universities based in Cantabria.
e) Non-Governmental Development Organisations legally constituted with headquarters or permanent delegation, registered office and/or tax office in Cantabria, with the exception of those represented on the jury.
e) Business and trade union organisations.
Applications for the Commitment 2030 modality may be submitted by educational centres and/or universities based in Cantabria, in which academic works of the categories referred to below have been certified, which contribute to progress in the achievement of one or more of the Sustainable Development Goals, under the terms indicated in each call:- End-of-cycle projects of Higher Level Vocational Training.

It may be submitted by electronic means, or in person in the case of natural persons, through the General Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, or by any of the means established in articles 134.8 of Law 5/2018, of 22 November, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, and 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
If natural persons send the application by post, it must be submitted in an open envelope so that the name of the office and the date, place, hour and minute of its admission by the postal staff are clearly stated at the head of the first page of the document, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 437/2024. of 30 April, which approves the Regulation of postal services in development of the provisions of Law 43/2010, of 30 December, on the universal postal service, on the rights of users and the postal market.
