Annex I. Application for registration of Innova+ Activa Projects. Applications must be submitted according to the standard form set out in Annex I and must be electronically signed by the management of the educational centre submitting the project. Annexes included in the call.

Annex IV. Technical sheet of the Innova+ Activa project. Technical sheet of the Innova+ Activa project. Project document in digital format, must have a maximum length of twenty pages, in DIN A4, Arial font size 11, and must respect the structure established in Annex IV of this resolution.
