This line of subsidies aims to encourage innovation in the business environment by supporting investment projects in the implementation of solutions in the field of Industry 4.0, improving processes, products and business models.
Industry 4.0 or Industrial Digitalisation projects linked to the industrial product-process of the applicant company, which allow the improvement of processes, products and business models and which incorporate or make use of the following technologies that simultaneously contemplate hybridisation solutions between the physical and digital worlds, communications and data processing and intra-company or inter-company intelligence and management, may be eligible for subsidies.

The beneficiary may be a company, whatever its legal form, which is validly constituted at the time of submitting the application, is the owner in Cantabria of one of the economic activities listed in article 2 of the order of bases and is registered under the corresponding heading of the tax on economic activities and in the Social Security.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
