The scholarships will aim at training, research and practical specialisation in areas within the scope of competence of the Directorate-General for Innovation and Educational Inspection, especially in:
a) Collaboration in administrative management and financial tasks.
b) Collaboration in management assistance actions.
c) The design and development of assessment instruments, sample design, analysis and calibration of tests according to the TRI model, multivariate and multilevel data analysis.
d) The collection of information, management and processing of data in the most widely used office applications.
e) Carrying out computer data processing, statistical analysis and collaboration in the management of educational plans, programmes and projects.
f) Collaboration in tasks related to centralised data collection systems, their validation and subsequent processing, as well as the preparation of reports and graphs that allow the education system to be continuously improved.
g) Carrying out studies and work related to the preparation of informative and communication materials and content (digital journalism and development of virtual platforms) of the Department of Education, Vocational Training and Tourism, which allow the dissemination of educational information.
h) Collaboration in the operation of the Directorate-General for Innovation and Educational Inspection and its units and technical consultancies.
i) The preparation of documentation and materials for dissemination and publicity.
j) Collaboration in the exploitation of computer and information systems, including environments, platforms and content.

Requirements
a) Be Spanish or a national of a Member State of the European Union.
b) Have the functional capacity to carry out the studies and tasks that imply the acceptance of the scholarship.
c) Hold the qualification required in the corresponding call, depending on the field of specialisation, from among the following: bachelor's degree, diploma, higher technician or their equivalents.
In any case, it will be required that no more than 3 years have elapsed, or the one established in the respective call, from the obtaining of the qualification that is presented to access the call until the end date of the deadline for submission of applications.
d) Not to have been a beneficiary of any other training grant in the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for two or more years.
Those who have enjoyed another training grant in the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria until completing the maximum period of two years established by law may access the status of beneficiary.
e) Not have been dismissed from the service of any administration or institution as a result of disciplinary proceedings.
