Those specifically established in Title III of Order DES/37/2025, of 22 December, which calls for aid financed by the EAGF (European Agricultural Guarantee Fund) and EAFRD (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development) included in the single application for the year 2026, and includes the bases applicable to them.

Plazo de presentación

From 1 February 2026 to 30 April 2026, in accordance with Order DES/37/2025, of 22 December. However, applications submitted until the end of the application modification period are admitted, applying the corresponding penalties in accordance with the provisions of article 108.3 of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of 27 December.

El art. 14.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece la obligatoriedad de la gestión electrónica para determinados sujetos como, por ejemplo, a) Las personas jurídicas, b) Las entidades sin personalidad jurídica, c) Quienes ejerzan una actividad profesional para la que se requiera colegiación obligatoria, para los trámites y actuaciones que realicen con las Administraciones Públicas en ejercicio de dicha actividad profesional. En todo caso, dentro de este colectivo se entenderán incluidos los notarios y registradores de la propiedad y mercantiles. d) Quienes representen a un interesado que esté obligado a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración, e) Los empleados de las Administraciones Públicas para los trámites y actuaciones que realicen con ellas por razón de su condición de empleado público, en la forma en que se determine reglamentariamente por cada Administración.
