Requirements
Any producer of slag destined for a recovery facility must request a documentary commitment of acceptance by the recoverer, and must attach the documents corresponding to the analyses described in Article 3 that prove the condition of recoverable slag.
The valoriser shall send to the Directorate-General with competence for the Environment a copy of the acceptance document, which shall comply with the minimum content specified in Annex V, together with an original or certified copy of the documentation described in paragraph 1, and both the recovery agent and the slag producer shall keep a copy of the aforementioned document. duly completed, during the period of validity of the same.
