Consent to RERA (Register of Companies with Asbestos Risks) advertising.

The Cantabrian Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (ICASST) may disseminate the census of companies registered in the Register of Companies with Asbestos Risk (RERA) through its www.icasst.es portal, with the express consent of the companies in accordance with the authorisation model provided for in Annex II of Order EMP/62/2009, of 20 July. Companies that do not expressly authorise the publication of their data will not be included in this census. The publicity of these companies will require that they have work plans approved by the labour authority of Cantabria in the five years prior to the year in which they are disseminated.

The company that is registered in the Register of Companies with Asbestos Risk (RERA) may submit the official consent form to include it in the census of RERA companies that is published on the ICASST website provided that it has work plans approved by the labour authority of Cantabria in the five years prior to publication.
