The transfer of rights in rem over Inventoried Assets is subject to the burden of prior notification to the regional Administration, so that the Department of Culture, Tourism and Sport can exercise the right of first refusal within a period of one month, either for its own benefit or for that of the Local Corporations of Cantabria.
Likewise, the sale of assets that, not being declared of Cultural Interest, are more than two hundred years old, is subject to prior notification.
