Communication of the start date of work with asbestos risk.

Before the start of the work affected by a Work Plan approved by the labour authority, the company is obliged to notify the Cantabrian Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and the Provincial Labour and Social Security Inspectorate of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria of the start date three calendar days in advance.

  2. The data specified in the resolution may be communicated. Any other modification of the provisions of the Work Plan, once approved, must be the subject of a new request for approval.
