Communication of logistics platform.
Prior to the start of their activities, they must notify the competent environmental body of the Autonomous Community where they are located, of the storage of waste in distribution logistics platforms as a result of reverse logistics, for the purposes of Article 35.1.f) and Annex XI.5 of Law 7/2022, of 8 April, on waste and contaminated soil for a circular economy.
