Requirements

Article 50 Decree 78/2015, of 30 July, which regulates betting in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria:
1. The notification of summons is the document by which the competent department in gambling matters, in the standard form published as Annex VIII of these Regulations, is informed of the installation of an auxiliary betting machine in a betting premises or area. This communication must be prior to the installation of the machine.
2. The notification of summons must be completed by the corresponding stamp by the competent departments in gambling matters and will be incorporated into the auxiliary betting machine in its front or side, keeping a minimum distance of 30 centimeters between the documentation and the nearest obstacle.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Interested parties may submit their applications to the following Registries:

  • In the electronic register of the Administration or Body to which they are addressed, as well as in the other electronic registers of any of the subjects referred to in Article 2.1.
  • At Post Offices, in the manner established by regulations.
  • At the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.
  • At registration assistance offices.
  • In any other established by the provisions in force.
