Requirements
Mobile CDW treatment plants must send a communication to the Directorate-General for the Environment and Climate Change for each different location, and at least 10 days before the start of the construction and demolition waste recovery process, with the following minimum content:
- Location of the work.
- Identification and purpose of the urban planning license.
- Estimated volume of waste to be managed.
- Execution period of the work.
- Intended destination for each of the different types of construction and demolition waste generated on site.
- Intended destination for the materials resulting from the authorised recovery operation.
