The CAT in which the vehicle is to be decontaminated and treated will issue the certificate of destruction, which will be delivered to the owner of the vehicle. The issuance of the certificate of destruction gives rise to the obligation to decontaminate the vehicle at the end of its useful life within thirty days. It must be done through the SIACAN computer application.
